Hi I'm a 21 year old girl trying to lose weight as I have gained a lot over the past 2 years of inactivity. I have had issues with binging and purging then got healthy... then got fat.. Now I am trying to lose weight a more healthy way. I love thinspo or fitspo really love transformation ( Before After) photos and quotes which you will see a lot of here. Hey everyone! I’m Emily and im 17 years and this time last year I made the biggest change of my life and that was to lose weight! It took me 5 1/2 months to lose 60lbs. I ran & lifted 4-5x pr week and ate healthy. I’m dieting again to get down to 130 or build some muscle, whichever way the scale takes me! :)

In case anyone is in need of some motivation today, this kinda wowed me.
The picture on the left was actually 10 pounds into my weight loss, so I was about 155ish there. On the right is me currently at 120. I was so proud of myself when the picture on the left was taken (Easter 2013) and I am just blown away by the progress I’ve made since then. I am thankful every day that I found the courage to make the change in my life that I made. Eating well and finding my love for running is the greatest thing I’ve ever done for myself. I want to thank all of you who follow me for helping me stay motivated and for supporting me when I needed an extra push! Thank you all!
If I can do it, anyone can. Chins up, lovelies!

A week from today I start my personal training course , I’m excited nervous and so scared all rolled into one .
If I look back on this last year I’m so proud of myself , I have a body that shows how much hard work I’ve put into it , of course there’s are still things I want to improve and I will . However I’m not the fat friend anymore , I’m the fit , half marathon running , happy friend .
I’m not a new person I’m just simply an improved person that so happens to be 15kgs lighter .
